    I found out that I can still do more than what is expected of me :)
    The good thingsWe have good leaders, Cool colleagues, and they have succession planning. I gain more confidence working in DKSH :)
    The challengesThe pioneers in the company, specifically within a department are not a priority. It seems that it will be more beneficial to the management if they get someone externally.

    Too Much Work, Not Enough Pay
    The good thingsThe company lets you work independently. No micromanaging involved.
    The challengesThe company expects too much from their employees but won't necessarily pay you accordingly. It gives a cash allowance to bring personal transportation during Covid, but it's not enough to pay for toll fees and gas. Too much red tape, plus the HR does not even pretend to help employees during disputes.

    The good thingsMy employer gave a a good opportunity to explore myself during my tenure in the job. I learned a lot and got many friends. The company promotes great camaraderie and we all enjoyed our life there.
    The challengesThe challenge was when the boss gives me new task and given a very short period of timeline but I managed to make it which makes me more proud of myself.
