It may be small, but they have years of experience to back-up their success not to mention they are competing nationals. You have to be on board for you to understand. I turned down a big company with twice handsome pay and I'm content and happy with that decision.
The challengesSince it's a small company with few employees, we may have some work overlapping but it's a team effort. They still incorporate the traditional Mon-Sat work schedule and parking is a challenge in Q.C. Quota is high but not impossible to achieve with hard work. Too much work freedom has temptations and turn-over is very high because of broken trust, they can easily back track employees' proven mischiefs, your last day is immediate on the day. YES, they do background checks always in a regular basis even your already employed. Never break trust and do your job, end of the day your numbers will show.
