Good enough work experience for a fresh graduate
The good thingsTraining provided by the company is sufficient. Colleagues are very willing to help out if there are times that I get confused with certain processes. Supervisor is understanding enough but could be better.
The challengesPossibility for a relocation; the company will only shoulder 1st month of the accommodation expenses, for the succeeding months it will be at the employee's own expense. Salary could be better.

New for me! But easy to learn how things work and it requires intelligence, ability and high people skills to able for you to mange the work, Great experience.
The good thingsI'd enjoy enhancing my skills like communication... through communicating different people with different personalities and estate and how to deal with them. Also people management, how to handle a team. Managing people, making their time more valuable, make them learn and learn with them. I'd enjoy working with other people which built by camaraderie, team work and understanding. Business is not all about the product itself but managing its asset which is the people. The product will be great....
The challengesThe company is great but I dont think I can maximize my full potential on it.

The challengesThe challenging part of this job is you have to deal with other people. As a consultant you are expected to to talk with the admins, teachers and parents. The good thingsI was so lucky being a diwa employee. Diwa has something I did not see in the other. They have great trainings which mold me of who I am right now. Of course, it is not only Diwa who motivated me but I myself made it a point to be a good and right employee for Diwa Learning Systems, Inc. Having a good environment, being together with good people is s awesome when working. Diwa is definitely great.
The challengesWorking was so difficult. Their is no easy work. It just depend on yourself on how to handle things. I find everything that happens in the office a challenging one but I was so happy of what I am doing. I am happy that I gave people their needs.
