    The good thingsif you love your job, organizing stuff, and talking to people, this type of job is great, especially because they're quite welcoming for they didn't need any work experience to be accepted
    The challengeshad to manage a lot of areas so there were difficulties to keep up with the customers especially on peak times, rapid change in management and clashing opinions. also not worker-friendly management (at least with my experience)

    The good thingsEarning knowledge about retailing and merchandising which will be helpful for me to grow up my career. Also, learning how to handle employees eventhough that they are more expert in selling.
    The challengesHectic schedule and pressure sometimes, but it can manage if you finish early the work loads.
