The good thingsThereare so much of trainings and work. It will really pull out the best in you.
The challengesPressure is too high when you're in sales. I did manage this for 2 years. But sometimes human has really have its limitations especially in handling those pressure coming from many factors. Could be to your target or to your boss. In my case the boss is the factor.

    Work-life balance is highly encouraged.
The good thingsThe fact that I can enjoy the work-life balance.
The challengesAside from the fact that the company is far from my house, the challenges lies with the management. The competition in the digital world is tough and it is difficult to work in the company if it knows the market situation but is not willing to keep up with its pace.

    A happy place to work
The good things- The working environment is light although the tasks are quite heavy. - The leads are easy to approach and will teach you experiences to help you perform the tasks assigned.
The challengesThe pressure and stress. But both should be handled appropriately due to the nature of the job/task.

    The Yellowpage Experience
The good thingsI enjoy the company of my colleagues, managers and bosses....they are all supportive and train to become equipped on the field. Compensations and benefits are being given on time and they take good care of their employees. I was able to explore and travel different places in the philippines, meeting different kind of people and cultures. Able to appreciate my work in different perspective.
The challengesThe challenge here is for the product itself, the acceptance of people using yellowpages in a modern technology world. It was a tough one but the company and myself able to adapt to the present day. Introducing different approach and options that could be link in the technological warfare in advertising. It was hard but fun though...

    DPC: Up-close & personal
The good thingsThe salary and benefits. It shows how generous the company is. There's a union wherein being a member entitles us to more benefits which I couldn't have in my previous employers and present company. The office is presentable and the uniforms are made especially for office workers like us.
The challengesThe travel since the company is In Magallanes, Makati while my residence is in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.

The challengesMy work here is not my course actually, but with my eagerness and of course my perseverance to do the job, I excel in my own way.

Employer Review - DPC Yellow Pages
The good thingsThey usually provide trainings to help you perform better on your assigned tasks and give you guidance from time to time to help you improve further.
The challengesDue to cost-cutting, you may be required to perform beyond the normal scope of your duties and responsibilities, such as being assigned tasks related to other departments.

Advertising at the mother of all advertising media
The good thingsBeing a Filipino, our president has been a very kind one. He has been very gracious in parting his blessings. Also, DPC has been a great bridge for me to know more about the real world as this is my first job. DPC has provided me connections to the advertising industry. They have provided their employees with very tender care and love. They always share their grace to their employees.
The challengesSince the department that I am in has only been around for 2 years, internal communication may have been the very issue in my work. Sometimes, the commands of the division manager is not relayed to us properly by the team leaders. Also, workload are sometimes in a trial-and-error basis but nonetheless, the people around me is what keeping me stay.

    Great Family
The good thingsWell, at first it was hard to adjust. My work is to Build a Relationship between us and our client. It is a good experience for me because something revealing about me came out, I love to inter act with other people. Now, I'm not afraid anymore to do client call and resolve some of their concerns
The challengesChallenges are the pressure and the blame game even-though it not really your fault. And maybe the risks of going out the in the streets. But again this is what I love to do.

    Yellow Pages
The good thingsThe challenge in reaching my quota. Nowadays, their are different medium in advertising your products & services. Yellow pages maybe at the bottom of any business lists. Despite that notion I was able to reach my quota & convince my client that yellow pages is still of the number 1 tool for a business to be found.
The challengesEqual rights for female & male sales representative. Management should not just look at the present outcome of his/her sales but the whole lenght of his/her stay/result of work.
