    The good thingsNo age discrimination. Very young people can be managers.
    The challengesThe good thing is also bad. Inexperienced supervisors, lack of training and little to no career life balance.

    The good thingsI was able to meet lot of people, from the executives to operations that enhanced my communication skills.
    The challengesNo adequate training before the actual job. Second, lack of supervision and irresponsible supervisor. Lastly, delayed salary and non-remittance of 13th month pay.
