Very challenging. It was my first experience as HR and Admin position. Since I am handling 2 departments I am having hard time working on department heads with lots of work to do. As I have handled them well without any complaints on my situation they another workload (finance department) persons to engage with other company matterThe good thingsFriendship with lots of nice people around every department. It challenge my intellectual capacity where this position was new to me.
The challengesWe usually encounter with communication and workplace/workmates environment issues. Somehow it challenges us employees to be motivated on our working status.
