    Good company if you need work-life balance and non-toxic colleagues
    The good things- Flexible working hours. - Resources are available for trainings and other purposes. - They don't require over time, but they allow if needed. - Work-Life Balance
    The challengesThe progress and quality of the app development will be much better if they hire more members to support role specification. Currently, some members are shouldering responsibilities that are for 2 or 3 roles.
