A good company to start your career
The good thingsAll staffs and team members are friendly and approachable. I have learned to be proactive, and raised questions when necessary. The semi-senior to the Director and Partners are all friendly, when you asked about your assignment you aren't familiar, they will gladly help you. Good work environment, great and kind team members. Many treats from Director and Partners. We treat everyone even the clients, with respect and politeness.
The challengesThe most important thing I've learned in working here is that you should learn to be proactive, effective and efficient. Learn to budget your time and learn to ask questions when you do not know. Don't let your shyness, hindrance you.

The good thingsI enjoy working with my co-juniors as we learn together and the knowledge I've gathered so far was more than what I expected before entering the company.
The challengesLack of work life balance and low salary grade also a very toxic environment.

The good thingsWorking in Diaz Murillo Dalupan and Company, CPAs will give you a solid experience being an accountant. If you are a fresh grad looking for a job where you can really apply what you have learned from college, this company fits you. I have nothing to say about the experience i've encountered working here because all i know is i enjoyed my whole stay in DMD, the working environment, the client, the work itself and everything.
The challengesOne of the challenge working here is your time management. You really have to work in extended hours because of the approaching BIR deadlines. Sometimes working in extended hours doesn't mean you're inefficient, you also have to consider the workload.

Working in an Audit firm is indeed challenging.
The good thingsWork Environment is good. Most people here are down to earth. Unlike the big 4 where you will handle only part of the accounts, you will handle different clients on busy season, though stressful, but once you've done, you will gain much experience.

The good thingsAuditing in different industries unlike in Big 4 audit firms in the Phils. wherein your experience is limited to only one industry.Having an experience with various industries, I've improve a lot in terms of communication skills. I've also become more comprehensive in handling different accounts. People in DMD are good ones. The have different personalities ofcourse, however they consider themsel
The challengesWork overload. The more clients the more challenging it gets, however your work-life balance would be impaired. You have to devote more time when you're in a public practice.
