    This is a good company; it was just placed in a poorly managed department.
    The good thingsFree Meal, Benefit, Engagement and Workplace
    The challengesOverall, all departments are satisfactory, and the company offers excellent benefits and has a generally positive and cooperative work environment. The colleagues in most departments are professional and easy to work with. However, the Purchasing Department is an exception. The behavior of some employees in this department is unprofessional, as they tend to speak negatively about their fellow employees and display an attitude of superiority. Despite this concern, the company as a whole is highly recommended. Applicants may simply consider exploring opportunities in other departments rather than in the Purchasing Department.
