Very Challenging RoleThe good thingsAttractive job offer; expectations on the job/role are discussed as well as career growth; free meals during company orientation; safety is a priority; free shuttle service (ordinary bus), HMO and life insurance benefits
The challengesWorking on site as a contractor to please the management and the clients themselves is a challenge; biometrics registration take a month or so, thus overtime pay is not recorded nor reflected, and as a result, salary is overly delayed; HMO card is delayed; conditions/benefits on the job offer with respect to the job are not met/less prioritized which take a slower pace thus giving an employee a hard time to fulfill the specific tasks at hand and meet the KPIs; orientations are poorly organized for a newly-hired individual except when there are large batch of new hires; miscommunication between site office and head office resulting to employee inconvenience.
