Being a customer service representative you must learn the art of food communication skills thru phone. Because you cannot see the person you are talking to. Your voice represents you and your company. So you must learn the phone ethics.

    I have Good experience but the compensation gaivem by the company is not a competitive that might you to decide to leave your work.

    The good thingsThey have trainings and seminars for your own growth, they always have these meetings for them to know what are the needs of the employee, team, or the whole company. They make sure things are clear when disseminating informations. The company also acknowledge efforts.
    The challengesAs far as I am concerned, it is only on our team. Im in a team that has full of pressure, where you cant really say that you are in a team. But in terms of what is your work, how long do you stay in the office it is all good.

    The challengesBasically the location - the traffic is horrendous. Everyday is a struggle for employees to travel in and out of the office location. Regardless of the newly-built Skyway system, still the volume of vehicles passing through the main road is just enormous.

    Working at Ocean Freight Department is really great.
    The good thingsI experienced and learned a lot of things. One of the things I learned is how to handle stress and pressure and on how to communicate well with the clients. I also learned on how to give a good service that satisfies our clients or surpassing the clients expectations.
    The challengesI experienced a lot especially in handling pressure and stress. I also experience a lot of challenges especially when competing with other logistic companies especially in meeting a close date.

    The good thingsPeople are generally nice with low-maintenance personalities. The experience of working with India, China, and Germany will have its nuances but it can help you become more equipped to work in a global business environment. Tremendous amount of learning opportunities and the chance to work in diverse culture is a key attraction driver.
    The challengesIt's a budget-challenged environment that does not completely reflect or align with how strong an employer DPDHL is globally. Since GSC operates in a captive environment and its key value proposition to the business is cost, it has to keep its own operating cost down. However, it shouldn't be at the expense of providing employees with reasonable office amenities or concessions that can help drive performance and increase morale.

    I dindn't expect that I will be working in a global company like DHL
    The good thingsThe ambiance is good, our office is properly clean. And all the facilities is highly maintained. The people are very accommodating even the Big Bosses. They are not limited when it comes to greater opportunity especially if they saw you have the potential of being an asset in the company.
    The challengesSo far I don't have any bad things to say. I think what I've experienced whether good or bad is part of being in a corporate world. And it's a normal thing that not at all times it's in favor with you. You have to accept and learn from every mistakes.
