    The company is an extension of my family.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the sense of family in the company. Most of them were Kapampangan. I do not speak their dialect but that did not make me feel like an outsider.
    The challengesAfter working with them, for close to eight(8) long years, I do not remember feeling any regret working with them. I had the opportunity to switch careers from being a customer service representative to being an account executive.

    The good thingsworking here is great, HR team are friendly, cooperative and reliable. manny activities they shared like, CIS training and outdoor activities like summer outing, and HR dinner. working here as a company nurse is great, in learning company rules and regulations when it comes to availing HMO for the employees.
    The challengesi found difficult sometimes in dealing with the people that do not understand why they have to do certain laboratory for their own good , but you have to conquer and let them know they have to do it while they are working here to be physically fit to work at all times.
