Great company if you're looking for work from home job but not for the employee seeking for growth.
The good thingsHybrid set up (once a month rto) Laptop provided. Works are so easy and light. No micromanagement and the company really cared with the employees.
The challengesPromotion here take too long. You will feel stagnant and stuck on your position and you will feel there's no career growth in this company. There's a lot of tenured here who stayed on the same job position even for 5 years. Opportunities here to step up is limited. Low increase despite if you're performer. Low salary offer compared to other inhouse company. It's also hard to refer someone in Dexcom.

    Not for soft hearted employees
The good thingsPerks from the upper management
The challengesLeaders are not leaders. They are abus1ve with their positions, they will threat to fail you with their standard which is half of your scorecard, they don't coach well. They will not listen to you, if you have any negative feedback especially to your supervisor they will find a way to terminate you! If not for the compensation I will not be staying here.

The good thingsCompetitive salary nothing else
The challengesNever ending calls because of poor management No coaching, unless you have hits. and meeting is OT. 4call audits per month! ECP is beyond worst. Break sched most of the time is more than 3hrs interval. If you want stress go ahead and apply!!!! TL and management is selfish and always busy.

Dexcom is a good company, it's just that the bosses are not leaders, they're hired externally that's why it feels like you're in a BPO setup.

Company is growing fast, which brings challenges.
The good things-few irate callers. most patients are literally patient and considerate -lots of avail time, most of the time, compared to other accounts I joined. This might change though as they are growing fast
The challenges-can't help but be bothered with product complaints, which can sometimes lead you to question their mission. I'm sure though that this company is doing its best. -pure virtual setup due to pandemic can be a challenge in itself. I hope the company would stress virtual interaction etiquette/rules. -for resignation, 60-day notice period? :(

A good Company but Leaders were Hired Externally so they Bring old Practices
The good thingsSalary, compensation, the office staff, the in-house drivers.
The challengesSome leaders are clsed-minded, rigid and imposing. They say Dexcom cares as a slogan only.

The good thingspay is on time. that's all.
The challengesHas a tag line "Dexcom Cares" but in reality they care for the Patients and never to the employees. Severe long queue. Cherry picking in promotions. Leaders are not leaders but bosses. No coaching sessions.

    Pros and Cons
The good thingsgood impression at first but wait there's more...nope. none
The challengesIt is always agent's fault. not a pro agent company. they said they are an in-house company. Technically it is. but transitioning already in becoming a BPO. too many promises at first and then all in vain after. you are not a TSR do not be fooled.

    LIFE CHANGING!
The good thingsWorking with Dexcom would give you a sense of purpose. On top of that, you'd be surprised by how peaceful and nice the environment is. They have an attractive people culture. The salary is pretty competitive. They are in a state of the art building located in BGC, which is very accessible.
The challengesSmokers definitely won't find it enticing to come here as they are enforcing a healthy environment, in line with the company's mission statement. You'd have to take a 10 minute walk, to get to and from the designated smoking area. Parking is also not easy to find. You have to arrive at least 1-2 hrs before your shift.

    Culture shocking
The good thingsThis has been the best company I've been with for all the time I have worked my whole life. Majority of my work experience is in a BPO setup but I never imagined that this would change how I see BPO's in general. Great culture and the company in general preserves positive outlooks toward success. Also not a stench of politics in all four corners of the office. I honestly am a BPO hopper but this will be the last company I will be working with.
The challengesBigger concessionaire or additional ones. Other than that startup opportunities are given.

The good thingsWorth taking the risk. I like the freebies that Dexcom has. :) It's okay to leave your comfort zone and explore things that Dexcom may offer. Looking forward to career growth and job opportunities.
The challengesYou could have a better concessionaire that can offer a wide variety of food.

    Finally, I'm HOME!
The good thingsVery compassionate both to its customer and employees. The company also keeps their employee engage through different events and activities. This is also a company where every single employee gets to join a company outing.
The challengesAnnual leave conversion still needs to be revisited. The current policy encourage the employee to take unnecessary sick leave for their SL not to be wasted at the end of the year. Could have been better if they focus on converting paid leave instead. This way their employee gets to manage taking their paid leaves well enough.

Dexcom is one of the best company to work at!!
The good thingsWorking at Dexcom, I felt that all my hardwork is appreciated and important for the whole organisation. We feel our value as employees and we make sure we maintain a harmonious working environment. The employer made sure all needs are attended in the best way they can. The management is very approachable and understanding of some circumstances that we encounter in personal and professional life.
The challengesThe challenges I encountered was during the transition into our new building. It was another adjustment but it's all worth it! The new working area is equipped with ergonomic friendly facilities.

    Dexcom is the best!!!
The good thingsWhat I like about Dexcom is that the bosses are actually down to earth and very low key. You wouldn't even feel like you are inferior to them because they don't talk to you like one. They interact to their employees as if they're just ordinary individual. They are generous and values their employees as well. Growth is not a problem. Too good to be true but yes, they are that real! What's the good thing about all of this is that they genuinely help diabetes patients, from toddler to elderly. They work hard to give the best comfort that these patients deserves.
The challengesThe company is ridiculously growing fast and we need more applicants.
