    You are all around, jack of all trades!
    The good thingsIf you are into experience, this is an improving company that offers massive experience in all trades. You will have an all-around experience in Civil/Structural/Architectural, MEFPS especially if you are a Project-in-Charge.
    The challengesSince under staff, you have to work hard to achieve project deadlines/schedule. Engage in the workplace at optimum level like render overtime. Stressful to the point that you will no longer have a work-life balance.

    The good thingsthe good thing here at devex it gives a lot of connection thrue all the entire officer by using sap ERP, system that why its easy to implement the job.

    good for work experience but the work environment is too toxic
    The good things- Personal Growth (Knowledge, Critical Thinking) - Immediate Supervisors gives you always support - Gives opportunity to have a higher position (Bad side: Not included in my contract and the salary pay grade is too low for my workload)
    The challenges- No HMO for 1 year above (mandatory specially for staffs on site) - Good evaluations from immediate supervisor does not reflect and will not give you incentives. - Overloaded of works (Understaffed; Unless the project is MTP) - Non-stop follow-ups from the office employees (Causes delays of requests; they don't care if they did not comply to their commitment dates) - No clear process from documentations & other activities (FOR ALL DEPARTMENTS) - Only the pioneers of the company receives incentives - Immediate Supervisors are for formality (Only the COO has the final say for all of the decisions)

    Best company i ever experience
    The good thingsthey pay salary on time i was working here for almost almost 3 years there are time that they delay to pay the salary but it will only take only an hour not a day or a week and they always address the concern of every employee even if your on a helper position.
    The challengesthe challenge is you need to be friendly to your co worker because almost every month there are new employee.

    The challengesUnprofessional workmates, toxic environment and lacking manpower. Working with these people is very stressful because they always lacks the manpower to finish the project on time which will force you to work more.

    This has been such a valuable career experience
    The good thingsI appreciated the opportunities I’ve had to implement and manage bus terminal, sm project and government building. It was also great collaborating with superiors, we talked directly to the big bosses if we encountered even small or big problem, I've also enjoyed working with smart and cooperative co-employee. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
    The challengesDevex Incorporated was destined to continue doing big projects that's why they need to add more experienced employee and need to give them clearer role and responsibilities. gave key employees more trust and confidence. Check the accomplishment of employee rather than showing them distrust and questioning if they really working well.
