    Repetitive and low salary.
    The good thingsColleagues are considerate and great in teamwork. They are professional, at the same time listen to you as a friend and they respect each other's personal space.
    The challengesLow salary, super repetitive tasks which is really unmotivating. Slow promotion and stagnant career.
