    The good thingsAlmost unlimited paid overtime, promotes work life balance and using up your leaves
    The challengesEven though they encourage work-life balance, it's almost impossible if you go to a department with a lot of backlogs.

    The good thingsRunning your team on your own without support; that your growth is your own responsibility and you shouldn’t ask help from people leaders.
    The challengesOver workload equivalent to that of 3 to 4 FTEs. Employees are not appreciated. Noticeable non-performing employees are invested on but with no results. Not a good place for professional growth.

    The challengesFeedback to management is taken defensively. A lot of unfair manipulation in handling people. We are mandated to rate the company as good; instead of allowing employees to give honest rating of the company.

    The challengesPay is good but getting on equal footing is a challenge. Employees from premier schools get a headstart while ordinary employees are all left under "meritocracy".

    The good thingsIt is the best training ground for fresh graduates, especially those looking for a career in finance and banking. However, you can also consider it, not just a training ground, but a place where you can grow and foster your career.
    The challengesEvery company has a challenge. Because it is a multinational company, it has a matrix structure of management. You can have various managers, thus, you need to be very quick and organized in the things you do in order to take note of the tasks assigned to you by your managers. But it isn't always a disadvantage. With various managers, you can have various sources of development. Just learn how to be flexible.

    Dynamic workplaces, friendly staff, lots of learning
    The good thingsWorking for DKS has significantly contributed to breadth of knowledge about the finance world which I knew little about when I first joined, specifically for product control which in its own way was an especially challenging but rewarding line of work. The dynamic workplace has also ensured that I had lots of growth opportunities within and outside the team. More than the challenging work itself, the best thing I got out of the experience was getting to work with amazing talent, especially my team members and onshore counterparts whom I'm happy to say I still maintain friendly relations. They have certainly made my experience with DKS all the more enriching and memorable.
    The challengesLong work hours due to system migrations and service re-engineering especially during my last year contributed to a decline in my health. I coped by being more mindful of what I ate and when I needed rest the most.
