    Loads of work yet less compensation and benefits
    The good thingsI don't know exactly what is/are the good thing/s about this workplace that has to offer but there is only one good reason why everybody is happy, pay day. Receiving the fruit of your half month stressful days. I can't believe why there are some people could stay so long in that company.
    The challengesextend the numbers of leave credits, additional benefits, no more weekend work schedule, high compensation depending on the level of job, additional manpower, should set high standards and qualifications when in comes to hiring employees.
