Great!The good thingsWhat's good about Designism is that they're a family, once you start, you're part of the family too! The work environment is wonderful!! Everyone is welcoming, helpful and kind. Learned so much, from dealing with different clients to being patient and having perseverance for the projects. All in all, a great experience and an amazing company! :)
The challengesEveryone's working so hard, but sometimes we're still out-manned. Even though each person is working on their own project, they would go out of their way to help each other out to meet the deadline. Hopefully they get a bigger office and more people in the team!
