The good thingsDiscipline, Coordination & Integrity. DCI offers great opportunities, Nice working environment with great leadership & management services. Everyone were professional and work well individually or as a team.
The challengesWhat challenge me most is the huge task of handling the architectural aspect of the project. specially in high rise buildings. Being tough and strict during inspection to ensure that the project is being done accordingly while communicating and coordinating with different levels of people.

The good thingsDCII/DCI has given me the opportunity to grow personally and professionally particularly in my job as a Logistics & Safety Supervisor, where i was able to imposed discipline among my co-employees, construction workers, and the contractors as well. My former employer was very supportive to each one of us; addressing all our concerns to the best of their capacity and capability.
The challengesThe only difficulties i encountered during my employment at DCII/DCI was in dealing with a huge count of constructions workers where i have to deal with different emotions, cultures of people in all walk in life, and the most challenging is to keep the job site clean all the times. there are times of confusions and temptations, but i managed all with prayers and asking guidance from up above.
