Good for starters but not for long term
The good thingsWorking Environment is good. All of my colleagues are good to work with. Employees are nice and approachable.
The challengesAfter getting used to your work, you tend to be stagnant and feels like a routine. Also salary is just minimum

    NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PROFESSIONALS
The good thingsOk if you are just starting your career, for entry level only.
The challengesMany to mention. 1. No professional advancement. You go to work only for salary. 2. Managers in operations do not have voice, the company prefer getting inputs from consultants. 3.No clear objectives and direction. 4. No job security. You can be asked to resign the following day if they dont want you. 5. Long meetings, min 3x/wk. 6. Old style system- too many papers and signatories. 7. Politics in all units of the company.

The challengesRules and policies can be change time to time. Compensation and benefits are not at far as other companies. Not a good company to retired with but okay for a newly graduate who is looking for experience .

    My First Job
The good thingsI enjoy everthing there, since that was my 1st Job I learned a lot from them. Dermpharma is quite different from other companies. They had bible study and worhip every monday. You are not only equiped by knowledge and skills but also equipped spiritually. I also enjoy the people most of employees there are young, new and dynamic. I treasure all the memories that I had in Dermpharma Inc.
The challengesI've become a better person, who's ready to face the corporate world. They teached everything to make me a stronger individual. They prepare me on how to deal with challenges and face it with confidence.

    Working in Dermpharma
The good thingsThe people are nice. The work is manageable.
The challengesThe benefits is not that good compare to others. Working in Dermpharma does not provide an opportunity for growth. It was not the kind of work that I have expected. I was looking for something challenging and would help me grow more as a professional.
