    Working with Deployed was really a fun and learning experience. It's really nice to stay here.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with the team, earning some incentives and having a monthly engagement.
    The challengesWork location is a bit far from home, but I wake up early just to come on time at work.

    Ask everything you need to know upon interview and onboarding specially on availment of their advertised benefits.
    The good thingsLocation- near to MRT station and major malls
    The challengesManagement is lacking empathy to Employees. Make sure if you apply here clarify , get e clear guideline as to redundancy pay, as they will exhaust all means for you not to avail it in case the client ceased your contract. Managers speaks ill of their own staff to other teams, No harmony.

    They treat you like a Family
    The good thingsThe employee serves as the companies priority and they treat them nicely.
    The challengesMy challenges was I have been supporting our Brokers and Adviser and specially clients thru email and there are a lot of processes that needs to be followed there are manuals and best trainors and co employee that will help you out but I just found it challenging on my side. In summary I learned a lot from this company and the company will always ready to help.
