The good thingsGood place to work if you want to gain work experience and training. You would get to meet a lot of people and connections.
The challengesThere are no benefits, low salary and the salary is always delayed. It takes quite a few tries before you can be promoted to plantilla position.

    Not the typical government office
The good thingsThe facilities of the offices comprising the entire department is complete. Hi-speed xerox, fast computers, wifi, a library for legal research, and gym, among others. The salary however is not competitive compared to other government offices. The mandated bonuses and benefits are rarely given, and if given. If you are \"just\" looking for a government experience, you may want to consider this office
The challengesThe office must focus on career growth in order to attract or retain promising employees. Promotions are seldom and salary increase is rare. Finally, the mandated bonuses and benefits must be given because the law abhors their withholding.
