My internship at the DICT allowed me to gain hands-on technical experience while also exposing me to management roles, despite challenges related to limited manpower, with the team always providing clear guidance to ensure task completion.
The good thingsHaving an opportunity to finis my internship at this company provided me with valuable hands-on experience in technical work. Additionally, it offered insight into management roles and their functions, enhancing my understanding of organizational operations and leadership dynamics.
The challengesOne of the challenges I observed within the company was the limited manpower, which affected the ability to address all areas of the department's responsibilities. However, despite this, the team consistently provided clear guidance and support to ensure tasks were completed effectively.

I am grateful to have the experience to be the intern at the DICT-CAR.
The good thingsAs an intern, I love the relationship between employees and they respect each other's preferences and belief.
The challengesSo far, I have encountered minimal challenges like adjusting to the work place and employees but the rest is great.

High pay, but the delay is too much.
The good thingsWhat I enjoy most is working and travelling to various provinces.
The challengesWhat I don't enjoy is the delayed honorarium/pay that takes more than 6 months before I receive it.

The good thingsEveryone is so stress free and everyone is accommodating. The tasks done here are more of administrative assistance since I am not an IT graduate. They have celebrations and activities every now and then and it builds up your teamwork as well as confidence in terms of socialization/
The challengesThe facilities are not that updated and the office supplies are limited. It also takes you a day doing nothing and you only assist when there are guests or if only the supervisor asks you to do something.
