    workforce as Vaccinator; Submit daily reports for the number vaccinated; Assist in the routine immunization; Assist in information, education campaign (IEC) dissemination; Attend virtual meetings on updates for vaccination program; and do other health related activities. Also, during Covid 19 Vaccination, we must assess the patient properly based on medical screening and vital signs must be taken before having the vaccine. And after the vaccine has been given, post monitoring must be taken for some unusual and allergic reaction. Lastly, proper health teaching must be done to the patient.

    The challengesThe challenges I have encountered is the Time Management. I usually have no problem when it comes to time management, but when the workloads are given together with the company's activities and program, we do not have a choice but to participate and leave our workloads hanging.
