    Learning and serving as a veterinarian with room to grow.
    The good thingsWorking as a veterinarian gave me the chance to apply my knowledge while helping animals and farmers. I enjoyed learning from real situations and seeing the impact of proper care on communities.
    The challengesResources and processes could sometimes be limited, which made certain tasks harder to complete efficiently. Clearer systems and more support would improve the experience.

    The good thingsI enjoy the company of my workmates. I love traveling for site validations within region VII. Although there are some problems encountered and few happenings or how this sector works which i don't understand. Overall the experience is good.
    The challengesDealing with contractors or outside affiliations. One must be attentive and must have patience. Its a given that as a government employee i should be good in communicating which is why working here helps me improve my communication skills. Given that this is my first job.
