    Good company for beginners
The good thingsWhat I really like about Denso is that they are abundant when it comes to giving the employee especially new hires the training that they needed during their probationary period. Also, the environment here is light because your co-workers are approachable and friendly. ++ they have a lot of events that you can participate for free! This company is suitable for those who are still beginners and starting in the corporate world.
The challengesThe salary is not that high compare to other companies with the same job role.

The good thingsMentorship in action, in every level. You'll learn good working habits here that you'll carry with you for your entire career even after leaving the company.
The challengesTenure is a big factor in promotion. Old employees that aren't performing stays with the company, highly-skilled and performers leave.

Work/life balance does not exist on technical departments/groups
The good thingsThere are many benefits and perks aside from good/higher than average salary.
The challenges-Long hours of work almost everyday, and even possible weekends -Customer always has additional requirements or changes while development is done -Aside from the expected work, there are other REQUIRED activities that you should do aside from finishing projects that have short deadlines - meaning, what is expected from you is to double and triple time everything BUT still required to have good quality output

    A wonderful experience
The good thingsI was well trained and it gave me a good view about how corporate world works. It molded me to become more professional. It showed me where field I can enter. I learned to be more disciplined and be more patient in handling different people with different personalities.
The challengesThe challenge for me is the travel time because I live from Novaliches and the office is in Ortigas so the travel is really the challenge but overall my experience was great.

An OK company for fresh grads
The good thingsThe people I work with are nice. Leaves are convertible to cash if unused. Bonuses are okay but considerably lower compared to other companies. No health card but medical expenses could be reimbursed. Free Japanese language training. Company events are fun and enjoyable.
The challengesSlow promotion, basic pay is not competitive. Expect to render long hours of overtime, especially for engineers. Some policies are already outdated and needs to be revised and reviewed. The performance appraisal system is very confusing. There would be times when you will find yourself wondering how they come up with your PA grade every semester.

Poor work life balance and unfair policies
The good thingsThe japanese people are very professional. The environment is also professional. Abundance of challenges that will improve oneself
The challengesOvertime is more or less required. Advancement/Promotion period is lengthy. Getting hired at specific periods will give a disadvantage due to poor policies.

It was a complicated but really challenging job.
The good thingsI learned and understood what manufacturing really is and how it operates. I've been exposed to different kinds of people from local to foreign, from operators to the president of the company, and from suppliers to customers.
The challengesIt is when all members of the department already have enough workloads and there's one member who resigned from the job. The management don't replace that member immediately or permanently so his/her job will be distributed to the remaining members and there comes the work overload that most of the time results to inefficiency and ineffectivity of the employees.
