No health card but medical expenses could be reimbursed. Free Japanese language training. Company events are fun and enjoyable.
The challengesSlow promotion, basic pay is not competitive. Expect to render long hours of overtime, especially for engineers. Some policies are already outdated and needs to be revised and reviewed. The performance appraisal system is very confusing. There would be times when you will find yourself wondering how they come up with your PA grade every semester.
