Working at Dempsey Resource Mgt. was enjoyable and was very helpful in improving my skills as an HR Practitioner.The good thingsThe employees are very kind and supportive of their intern, they do not hesitate to give us advice about doing the job right. Especially my supervisor, who taught me a lot about online sourcing. My fellow interns were very nice and friendly.
The challengesThe Internet connection was poor and sometimes cell service are either down or have low signal. These issues sometimes affect my performances due to most of my work was mainly on sourcing. The workplace has limited spaces to move around.
