    Culture and Talent are their best assets
    The good thingsEmployees have access with unlimited resources for self development and being mentored with industry leaders. Culture is great, too. Every employee is trained to be at their best. One doesn't work alone, it's always a team effort and a team success. Coffee is good, too! :) And there's always food for people to devour on. :D
    The challengesKeeping yourself fit because of the free (good) coffee in the pantry and food from whoever. The company is relatively young, so there is a huge possibility of org restructure every once in a while. If you're a morning person, this isn't the company for you. ;)

    Probably the best employer here in the PH right now!
    The good thingsGreat company to work for. Once you're onboarded, it actually doesn't feel like work anymore because you are now part of one big family of colleagues who support each other and help you achieve your goals. Top management bosses are firm but supportive. The challenges are demanding but the rewards are excellent. The work is really enjoyable and the camaraderie cannot be compared!
    The challengesMeeting deadlines; employee long-term benefits need improvement (e.g. retirement); the occasional crazy days when people are like rabid dogs haha!

    The good thingsThe company has a family-oriented culture. Despite the fast-paced growth, the management has been able to maintain this. The management is focused on individual growth. They know the company's objectives, but they are able to provide individual guidance to ensure each one's potential is reached.
    The challengesThe main challenge is that you have to be accountable and responsible for your own growth. The limit is what you set it. It's not something that is decided for you. The potential is determined by how far you want to get in your career.

    The challengesEncourage people to have work-life balance. Increase the number of VLs. Improve the VL/SL scheme and tell them to have some time off.
