    My experience there is phenomenal and full productivity.
    The good thingsEvery experience here at Deltek is overall great and full of learnings, everything is great from onboarding to offboarding.
    The challengesMy challenges are when I'm not that knowledgeable in a certain task or project that I need to learn it from scratch but after that is all worth it because I didn't expect to learn much more after finishing the task/project.
