I love the nature of the job, hate the work environment and dissatisfied with how they handle the trainings. The good thingsWork Life Balance is alright, once work hours are done, you won't be needing to think about work at the end of your shift. The work itself is nice as well if you like learning about computers and printers and troubleshooting.
The challengesTrainings management is disorganized and uncoordinated. Needs improvement in giving training to their new hires / trainees. Work environment and culture is very hierarchical. People will look down on you if your position is below them and devalue new hires.
