    Full of hardships but I gained many of my best experiences here, it sharpens my edges towards the other when it regards to manufacturing industry.
    The good thingsAble to gain knowledges about machines and operations, able to meet elder employees and younger than my age employees, it challenges me to bring out the best in me through trainings especially in machine operations . Able to use my knowledge in mechanical thru trouble shooting. It develops more on my attitude and skills that can help me to climb to higher job openings that serves as my stepping stone for building a better future for me and my family .
    The challengesIt used to be a very happy place before , no toxicity but it can test and develop your patience , especially in salary hehehe . I wish it would be fair and competitive to employees someday. You need more perseverance because of load of works,hardships always on the way. Low work-life balance, gonna spend maximum hours of your life or day to earn more thru overtime to have an extra pay , just for bills and dues.

    The good thingsGood benefits, accessible location and an overall nurturing company. For my first job, I have definitely gained a lot of experience not only on the financial industry but to all aspects of the business.     This is a Multi-National Company that I really dreamed of since I was in High School, because everytime I passed by going thru our School , I smell the aroma of chocolates that they produce , I really love chocolates , once you taste it can creates a soo
    The good thingsI would say that working in this company is one of my accomplishment in life, because this company gave me an opportunity to bring out the best in me, this is my 19th year in this company and I'm still happy working with my co-employees and my superior who have been very supportive to me since then.
    The challengesIt would be better if we could have a seminar or a refresher that could enhance more the skills and knowledge that we already have as an employee. We also need a more functional area, I mean a wide area that could be very easy and accessible to each and everyone. Hope this could happen soon, surely everyone would be happy, that's what I'm looking forward to.

    The good thingsOverall it is great and if you're a chocolate lover you'll totally enjoy the experience of knowing how your favorite sweets are made .
    The challengesThe main challenge is to assure the thorough checking of the quality of the products to reach the standard. It is to provide not only satisfying candies in taste but in other important properties (chemical and microbiological) for safety of the consumers.
