    Working in this company has its ups and down but mostly downs
    The good thingsthe good things in this company is that you travel (domestic) a lot since it has different branches all over the philippines. after checking the branch i usually sightsee the beautiful places of the phil.
    The challengesthe work is not hard, but the challenges is that the boss is hard to understand and often sway from what is best for the company that often leads to misunderstanding between the employees and management

    The Best thing about DELBROS WATERFRONT
    The good thingsthey taught me to become pro active, make me think forward and always taught me to be more patient and aggressive in dealing with clients/employees. It taught me to think fast and qucik and make me think more alternative ways in dealing everyday challenge with work
