    Amazing
The good thingsI enjoyed being placed to the different departments of the company itself, it was a good experience being able to communicate and gained more experiences when it comes to paper works and encoding. It was such a great honor to have my on the job training in this company because i'm learning a lot from them, and i know they wanted me to improve more about myself, to gain my full potential when it comes in corporate world
The challengesAll the things that you will do is a challenge, why? because working i n law firm doesn't give you a hay day, you're protecting confidentiality about the statements of account of the different race, clients or even different companies. This is i think one of the biggest challenge you will encounter whenever you are in the corporate world. You should know your limits, and dedicate more yourself in the company you're in to. Challenges are always challenges, you should know more about surpassing it.

Surrounded by the most inspiring bunch of professionals.
The good thingsThe company is manned by brothers. It is very much like a family business as most of the lawyers are related. They treat every staff as if we are part of their family. Also, the environment is really good as most of the staff have been with Del Rosario Law for over ten years. When I asked why they stayed for years they responded that the company really takes care of the employees regardless if a person works as a lawyer or not.
The challengesThe main challenge in my job is to always have a constant memory of things. Being a secretary is not a piece of cake. Assisting lawyers is NOT a piece of cake. If I make something wrong, if I commit one single mistake (i.e. filing the documents on the wrong court) that mistake will ripple. For a secretary, I think that having a good memory and being always alert are two helpful things. As for the company, not much is needed for them to improve. They pay well, they treat everyone well. I guess they should just continue to do what they are doing right now. All in all, I am happy with where I am six months after graduation. This job is humbling and I am blessed to have found this niche.
