    Was good, Became bad
The good thingsNice coworkers in production, nice office,
The challengesPurely the management. It was filled with people trying to push projects and workers around while having no knowledge of the field and practice for said projects. The company while being an art focused company is very anti-creative when it comes to its policy making.

    Deteriorating Experience
The good thingsNice intro or stepping stone to the gaming industry. Employees/co workers are welcoming.
The challengesHorrible management. Needs to be better or get someone who can do better. Working here does not promote career and skill growth.

Experience went from good to worse
The good thingsGood introduction to the industry. Projects are good and will really develop your skill.
The challengesPoor project management until recently. No proper timeline and artists are thrown into different projects almost on a daily basis. Big projects tend to have only few people thus resulting in overtime. Poor-decision making for the management. Does not learn from past mistakes and avoids accountability for their actions.

    Poor startup experience
The good thingsLots of opportunities to learn. Good exposure to the game industry
The challengesManagement was unaccountable for their actions. Poor-decision making from management, leading to high turnover rates from employees and dissatisfied experiences from former employees. Lack of compensation for overtime.

    Blessing in disguise
The good thingsThey did everything well from managing the company to prioritizing their employees. The work environment is not that stressful and they don't pressure you to do the task that they need as long as you do your job very well. The company is my blessing because my passion is Game Development. They are my first game development company and I am very thankful to be a part of their team and their family. I am really blessed that I am a part of this company and I will always cherish this company no matter what happens

    It was fun.
The good thingsThey are not strict with their employers, they all friendly. They have meetings they called 'Scram' every morning to know what tasks are finished by employers yesterday. When its time for fun and jokes, they're having fun, but when its time to work, everybody must focus only on their tasks and works. They buy foods if their is an occasion for someone. I learn new things I've never experience, like what QA testing is and how does it work, the actual graphic designing for work, how you will multitask your school works and On The Job training tasks, how to communicate with others via-computer at your work, & etc.
The challengesThe challenges are pressuring if you don't know what to do. You must focus on your work only, and your only communication device is via computer online. It's a quiet company during their work, and you need to lower your voice, except for the HR that is answering job applicants via telephone. You need to make and done your work more time efficiently done.
