It was fun.The good thingsThey are not strict with their employers, they all friendly. They have meetings they called 'Scram' every morning to know what tasks are finished by employers yesterday. When its time for fun and jokes, they're having fun, but when its time to work, everybody must focus only on their tasks and works. They buy foods if their is an occasion for someone. I learn new things I've never experience, like what QA testing is and how does it work, the actual graphic designing for work, how you will multitask your school works and On The Job training tasks, how to communicate with others via-computer at your work, & etc.
The challengesThe challenges are pressuring if you don't know what to do. You must focus on your work only, and your only communication device is via computer online. It's a quiet company during their work, and you need to lower your voice, except for the HR that is answering job applicants via telephone. You need to make and done your work more time efficiently done.
