It's an emerging company with great potential
The good thingsThe people are nice. Salary is just average and the culture is fine. I think it's just reorganizing and restructuring but when it's all done, I think it can be one of the leading healthcare institution in metro manila.
The challengesBenefits. No healthcard only employee discount in hospitalization which is based on tenure.

Sometimes we work as single duty due to lack of staff... and thats when i learn many things especially when it comes to decision making. Ive grown enough to handle patient and i find it pretty amazing especially when you are passionate and inlove with what your doing. Sometimes toxic because you are just working alone with a lots of patient but at the end it all be worth it because u did handle your duty well. And im proud of that.
The good thingsI got a good friend (co-staff) with the same interest and hardworking.
The challengesTo be in a single duty is challenging because you have to souble the time just to make your duty well.

Good experience for an intern but the hospital still lacks a few facilities to which interns could really experience the job of a hospital pharmacist
The good thingsThe people are very welcoming and they make sure that you will learn and be able to get the full experience of the different things a hospital pharmacist does.
The challengesThe challenges would have to be being able to manage your schedule. Since hospitals are always open, graveyard shifts can be tough but not too hard to handle.

It was great for learning/having experience
The good thingsThe people around here are kind and easy to work with. It was very challenging for having an awesome boss wherein he/she will push you to the limit and it was very satisfying to have that kind of experience especially this is my first job after graduating last October 2015. A good stepping stone for a guy like me.
The challengesHandling multiple problems on medical equipment, dealing with suppliers for demo, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs needed, handling contracts of medical equipment, assessment of medical equipment that needs to be replaced and assessment of the performance of medical suppliers
