    Competitive Salary but Overworked
The good thingsThere are various resources provided by the university and plenty of roles for opportunity that can be provided to the employee.
The challengesThere are extensive non-teaching activities, and the benefits are not provided in comparison with other small scale private schools. Any applicant should be prepared for out-of-work-schedule messages.

    The Best
The good thingsIts like your not working because you love what you do from my Immideate head to my coworkers is like we can do all things because we know we found not just a co-worker but a family a boss that would always listen and encourage you that you can be the best version of you. While working its like continous learning and know how to handle your weakness and make your weakness into strength.
The challengesnothing at all because people there will encourage you to maximize the full potential that you have and notice your growth and your potential.
