Its worthwhile working with the company
The good thingsI learned things about building construction activities relating to Mechanical Utilities. Colleagues and Team Leads were approachable, friendly, and collaborated well on the same or similar projects of concern. Associates were very concerned and supportive of their Employees. Thankful that I've become part of the Company.
The challengesSince it's a construction firm, you have to deal most of the time with fieldwork wherein you'll be exposed to the sometimes harsh and risky environment.

    No career growth
The good thingsEmployees and Co-workers are nice. The facility is improved, it's been upgraded since I am still in company. Upper management is nice.
The challengesTraining needs an improvement especially for newcomers in the company. The sanitary in the company is poor and needs improvement and actions. And it is less motivating to work because of the poor organization of projects and plans.

The good thingsThis company showed me on how building is being constructed, on how to deal with different people and trades, on how to implement and inspect standard works and also gave me additional knowledge and skills about building construction. In addition, this company give me the chance to soar high in the field of mechanical engineering and taught me how to deal with problems and overcome to a great solution.
The challengesI don't have any issue on working here it's just that i want to go on big projects and expound my knowledge and skills in the field of mechanical engineering and to collaborate with another personalities in the construction industry. I want to lead on a higher position and motivate other people that this company didn't. This company should go to higher and bigger construction environment. Looking forward for another company that could give me this desire.

    Challenging but enjoyable
The good thingsIn DCCD they treat you as a family, they did not treat you as employer only. They respect you even if you are younger than them. They have a lot of patience when they teach you how to do the right things. They convert the hard things to the simplest form of explanation just to easily understand what they want to say or work for.
The challengesChallenges? to meet the deadline, you must motivate yourself and also your team leader will pursue you and motivate you that the drawing will be success. Team cooperation and effort is a must, you need to work as a team. Project is hard but if you add the courage and effort it will be great until the end.
