    Good for fresh graduates!
    The good thingsGood for fresh graduates! The HR and overall staff are attentive and respond to the inquiries immediately. I never experienced a delay in my salary!
    The challengesI think, the benefits for the employees should be improved --- knowing that this is a private company. Maybe consider adding leave incentives, because five (5) leaves are not enough for a whole year. Furthermore, HMO benefits would be nice.
