    Many challenges you will encounter everyday due to abnormal operation of production.

    The challengesPolitics very high between superiors. Pressure on how to achieve every month target. No standards, always have changes based on japanese decision eventhough you push to improved and make standard for each work process. Lack of employee benefits and perks.

    The challengesThe management needs a lot to improve especially for the safety of production team. The lead hazards should be controlled, otherwise all of the operators will be at high risk for chronic illness.

    The challengesSince very new, many things need to improve. Quiet hesitant in budget allocation if big projects. HR admin must be improved too.
