    The good thingsThe skills, the food if the quota goal achieve the Sr. /Owner Will threat you a food for free, the customers tip, the co-workers sometime funny sometimes not.
    The challengesIt's was challenging cause in Different Sr.'s Have their own strategy about style so you don't need to focus to one Sr.'s hair style or make up, and at first if your first timer the roller brush and the hair blower was havey but then after 7days of training if you're familiar with the basic the rest will follow smoothly.

    If you are a newbie as as Salon Manager, you will find out that its very stressful at first due to workload but at the end of the day you learned a lot of things most specially in decision making. I'll recommend it to those applicants who wants to pursue their managerial position dream

    The challengesEvery day is a challenge no boring days. because you work for clients and your staff as well. The company is well rooted with " a Family" relation that's why most of the staff stay with the company for decade and many many years.

    it was a great experience that my employer trust me in handling his business even if I dont have enough knowledge about it.

    The Generous and Fun Loving Employer
    The good thingsWe were always having fun at the same time learning, my colleagues were great they were easy to get along with. The employer was very generous, whenever his company earns he always share it to his employees, he either treats us to dinner or lunch out, or share it through bonus. He always has presents to us whenever he travel, he values his employees.
    The challengesWhat had challenged me there was the documents especially the BIR files, it has no document, because it didn't submit or comply, sometimes there are documents but there are also gap/ or has a missing file in between months.
