    The good thingsManagement was usually supportive to programs I introduced. Adaptive to learned best practices. Some Management systems were in place although some were not fully utilized or implemented. Peers and subordinates share a common vision.
    The challengesDeviate from the traditional politicking when choosing the board of trustees. Some leadership styles employed by top management who are used to the old style of leading people. Full implementation of newly purchased systems. Upgrade the quality management methods. Have it accredited by world- known quality or health systems.
