    The good thingsthe experience, the people whom became my mentor, friend and others. They give the benefits that everyone's need. They have also good benefits if you are already a regular employee but if contractual or project base maybe I can say that it's not enough.
    The challengesEveryday has a new challenges come, maybe the most challenging that I've encounter in this company is that, knowing somebody (regular employee) that she is not doing her job instead she pass it all in us, I do my recon and other works that is her job not mine.     The good thingsThe management execution starts at the bottom going up to management level. The Institution have that goal of developing their employees, the right training and seminars so as to level up their performance specially the Unit heads, Supervisors and top management. The higher the responsibility, the higher the salary. Additional incentive when the employees attain their Key Result Areas (KRA)
    The challengesThe Physician are not in sync with the management pricing of services (too high) that creates resentment. The reality is that when a Patient sees the Physician for a consultation and needs medical treatment and hospitalization, the Physician tend to refer the Patient to another hospital. Worst is that they are the one telling the patient that the rate of the services is high.
