    Very good foundation and training ground.
    The good thingsYou will learn a lot thru experience in this company and they will always let you go out of your comfort zone. All the project managers that i worked with are such a very good mentor and lets you experience all fields of works in the construction.
    The challengesSince construction is an industry without a break, less time with your family and it is very hard to apply a work-life balance lifestyle

    I have so much experience in my previous company, I worked as an Autocad Designer but they have given me a chance to managed a project site on exterior areas. As an Architect it was a great opportunity to exposed myself in site job.
    The good thingsHaving fun while working. Meeting deadlines and good colleagues. And mostly, having a great bosses are the best.
    The challengesTime pressure, Too much plan revisions, and poor coordinations of sub-contractors.

    A good place to work and learn even if you're just a fresh graduate or have no work experience.
    The good thingsNon-toxic work environment, great work ethics, and generous benefits/bonuses. Everyone is always approachable and very understanding not only about work-related stuff, but also of your personal situations and conflicts.
    The challengesUnderstaffed for quite some time and was never addressed. Work output could've been better and improved significantly only if we had more people in our department.

    The good thingsAt the start they provide good compensation but your don't have work assurance especially this time of pandemic.
    The challengesThey fronting their international accreditation and certification however in reality on-site is very different, poor work quality and lot of wasted materials and man power. No support to their workers and employees during crisis.

    AMAZING!
    The good thingsThey were accommodating, giving benefits, hardworking to make their projects done on time. The weather gives them delays but it doesn't sue them thus, they are still working just to make their clients satisfied. they were also very critical in checking their details specially in structural to ensure the safety of everyone especially the building or structure they are constructing.
    The challengesChallenge is to make your work excellent. DATEM is an amazing company. They always secure the safety of the people especially in the future who is occupying the building. that is why, while still in construction, they were doing great in checking and correcting the smallest detail to ensure that the failure of the building doesn't come to an unsafe level.
