    The good thingsworking with the co workers is fun & they give you ideas how to do your job; the boss has a kind heart to each of his employees; he gives importance to those in need.
    The challengessalary is too low they cannot afford to give the right pay to those working long years; the management is the problem not the boss; some heads are always nagging

    The good thingsMy co-workers are fun to work with like the technicians, utility, drivers and other rank and file employees.
    The challengesThe environment is not so professional. There were managers who keeps on shouting even if they are just calling for a technician or utility man or other employees.
