    The good thingsI really enjoyed my time with the company, especially the supportive work environment and the trust given to me in my role. I felt valued as part of the team, and the work allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.
    The challengesMost positions has a clearly defined but static scope and the company itself has a flat structure. The comfortable environment made me a little complacent about growth.
