    SL/VL are convertible. It was a good thing if you want to start your journey as a Data Entry Associate. But no growth in the workplace as management is not willing to innovate.

    repetitive work, need growth
    The good thingsthe good things working here is the people you met in the production some of them are friendly and some are not. if you have sl/vl unused it will convert to cash, lots of incentives IF you are good.
    The challengesthere's so many challenging things here, your speed accuracy and time if you don't pass it within a month you'll have a memo given by your pl, its so hard to cope up. the pay is low, and you have to render EVERY DAY! but your salary is still low unless you render ot 5 hours a day or pumasok ka ng work kahit day-off ( day-off ot).

    Mixed feelings
    The good thingsThe people were great. I had a lot of fun working with them. The job was pretty easy, and you can get incentives if you perform well.
    The challengesThere weren't really challenges to the job per se. It's the compensation that you get from the job. The pay is low. And to get a decent amount you literally have to work your butt off, rendering OT for 4 hours a day, or sometimes even on your rest day! There are other companies that can pay you much better with the same work you do.
