    I really like the company, but the management is quite disappointing. I believe a change in leadership is necessary. The company itself is great and promotes a good work-life balance.
    The good thingsWork life balance. Benefits are good.
    The challengesFrom OM to team leads, they lack people management skills and are not very proficient in technical aspects. They often appear unsure of their responsibilities. The leaders also demonstrate a lack of integrity and accountability.

    The challengesThey choose base on "likeness" and "Yes man". Knowledge and skill is being ignore when promotion. Opportunity is only for those who is close to management and their personal life.

    The good thingsGreat place to start with Office 365 and Azure. You can watch youtube, netflix, browse your facebook using you phone and workstation.
