Worthwhile experience so far!The good thingsI have been with the company for 3 years and almost two years in pandemic I saw how the company and management has been sensitive and agile to the changes. Two unforgettable things : 1) we were at zero operations for some time at the start , the company provided us financial assistance to make sure there is food in our table and none lost their job 2) I was diagnosed with covid, the management sent groceries thinking I am on quarantine and therefore making sure I have supplies. Our HR listens, our management listens and are sincere about our welfare. We are growing that is why opportunities are present.
The challengesI wish we have more benefits that's all but if I am lucky I would like to retire here in my old age.
