Company at a lost

The good thingsEnjoyed the perks of travelling and the technical training.

The challengesShould have negotiated for a highest salary from the start because the succeeding adjustment will be based on inflation rate. Salary scale across the region is not fair. Very poor Human Resource Management. Too much politics!!! Will set high target but never adjust your salary.
